Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 support for thousands of critical data pipelines.
- Perform daily operations including data validation, cleaning, and security audits.
- Manage incidents with user communication and management reporting.
- Develop tools, documentation, and processes to support daily operations.
- Support complex permission and entitlement operations across systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years in client-facing support or operations roles.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, on-prem and AWS environments.
- Proficient in SQL Server and Python.
- Financial industry experience preferred but not required.

Compensation
- Annual base salary range: $100,000-$150,000 USD.
- Discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package included.
