Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 support for thousands of critical data pipelines.
- Perform data validation, entry, cleaning, security audits, and reporting.
- Manage incidents including user communication and management reporting.
- Develop tools, documentation, and processes to support daily operations.
- Support complex permission and entitlement operations across systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years in client-facing support or operations role.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, on-prem and AWS environments.
- Proficient in SQL Server and Python.
- Financial industry experience preferred but not required.

Compensation
- Annual base salary range $100,000-$150,000 USD.
- Discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package not included in base salary.
