Business Analyst, Operations
Join Point72's Operations team as a Business Analyst to support trade processing and operational workflows across global markets. You'll document requirements, develop test plans, and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Role Responsibilities
- Document and maintain business requirements, functional specs, and process flows.
- Author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and user stories.
- Translate operational needs into actionable tech requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify manual or error-prone operational processes.
- Use business process automation tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or Alteryx.
- Apply AI-enabled solutions for data extraction, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Analyze operational problems and propose scalable tech solutions.
- Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams on enhancements.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, math, computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience writing business requirements and process documentation.
- Proficient with business process automation and AI tools.

- Annual base salary range: $85,000-$90,000 USD.
