About the role

Join Point72's Human Capital team as a Benefits Analyst supporting employee benefits administration and communications. Ideal for candidates with 0-2 years experience in HR or related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Role Responsibilities

  • Administer health, welfare, retirement, disability, life insurance, and wellness programs.
  • Respond to employee benefits questions and explain plan options.
  • Manage benefits enrollment, eligibility, status changes, and data updates.
  • Partner with payroll, HR operations, and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Maintain benefits records, plan documents, and employee communications.
  • Support audits, reporting, invoice reconciliation, and enrollment reviews.

Additional Duties

  • Support annual open enrollment communications and system testing.
  • Track and administer employee leaves of absence with internal teams.
  • Monitor benefits processes for regulatory compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve benefits processes and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience in HR, benefits, payroll, customer service, or admin support.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong interest in employee benefits, total rewards, or HR operations.
  • Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary range $90,000-$105,000 USD, excluding bonuses.
