Trade Capture Specialist/Trading Assistant
Join the Discretionary Global Macro trading desk in Hong Kong supporting trade lifecycle management and trade booking across multiple asset classes. Collaborate with PMs, analysts, and internal teams to ensure best execution and accurate trade capture.

About the Team
- 10-member team across New York, London, and Hong Kong.
- Focus on best-execution cross asset trade booking.
- Support 55 macro pods covering Interest Rates, FX, Commodities, Credit, Equities.
- Work closely with PMs and Analysts in each pod.
- Liaise with business, operations, margin, compliance, and legal teams.

Responsibilities
- Assist traders in all trade lifecycle stages from pre-trade checks to execution and booking.
- Maintain positions including swap unwinds and bilateral novations.
- Coordinate with back office for trade reconciliation.
- Develop relationships with liquidity providers and counterparties.
- Contribute to development of trade capture systems and tools.

Requirements
- 1-2 years work experience preferred but open to passionate candidates.
- Strong judgment handling high volumes of queries and issues.
- Keen market intuition and passion for studying markets.
- Team player with strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Understanding of order lifecycle and trade capture systems.
