Role Overview
- Build AI-powered data products using machine learning and large language models.
- Design, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models with proprietary and external data.
- Develop end-to-end model pipelines including data prep, feature engineering, training, and monitoring.
- Apply generative AI and LLM techniques for summarization, classification, knowledge extraction, and automation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to create scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities
- Build data pipelines and workflows for structured and unstructured data.
- Define model performance metrics and conduct experiments and error analysis.
- Continuously improve model quality and support production deployment.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, governance, and responsible AI usage.
- Translate business problems into AI solutions.

Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science specializing in AI or machine learning.
- 3+ years experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Strong publication record in top-tier machine learning conferences.
- Experience with large datasets and predictive modeling.
