Role Responsibilities
- Focus on MAS OTC Derivatives transaction reporting and broader regulatory reporting duties.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on reporting status and risks.
- Monitor daily report submissions and resolve issues to meet deadlines.
- Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Additional Duties
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation reflecting latest regulatory changes.
- Gather and document business requirements for new product onboarding.
- Contribute to design and implementation of robust compliance controls.

Candidate Requirements
- 1-8 years financial institution experience, ideally in reporting and operations.
- Experience with transaction reporting platforms, DTCC Derivatives Repository, ANNA DSB.
- Technical skills: SQL, Python, GenAI Process Integration, Databricks, Data Visualization, Alteryx.
- Knowledge of equities, fixed income, exchange traded and OTC derivatives is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
