Role Responsibilities
- Work with Strategic Capital Markets Advisory team on capital structure and financing alternatives.
- Collaborate with Restructuring and Special Situations Group on distressed situations.
- Analyze capital structures, cashflow models, credit documents, and indentures.
- Facilitate due diligence and discussions with companies, legal counsel, and advisors.
- Engage directly with clients, banks, and funds on capital raising transactions.

- Outstanding qualitative, technical, and analytical skills required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled full-time university student or recent graduate.
- Available to start full-time from September 2026.
- Graduation date no later than June 2026.
- CV must include expected graduation month/year and grades.
- Prior investment banking internships are favorable but not required.
