Role Responsibilities
- Work with public and private companies on financing alternatives across capital structure.
- Analyze capital structures, cashflow models, credit documents, and indentures.
- Facilitate due diligence and discussions with clients, legal counsel, and advisors.
- Engage in ratings analyses and direct client interaction on capital raising transactions.
- Gain exposure to capital raising, M&A, growth financing, and asset-level financing.

- Strong qualitative, technical, and analytical skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled full-time university student or recent graduate.
- Available to start full-time from September 2026.
- Graduation date no later than June 2026.
- Include expected graduation month/year and grades on CV.
- Prior investment banking internships favorable but not required.
