About the role

PJT Park Hill’s 10-week London Summer Analyst internship offers financial training and team experience in Private Capital Solutions. Interns support advisory and execution work for financial sponsors and institutional investors, contributing to modelling, research, presentations, transaction processes, client meetings, negotiations, and due diligence across complex private capital transactions.

Programme

• The 10-week internship begins with orientation and financial training before interns join their teams.

• The team advises financial sponsors and institutional investors across complex private capital transactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and modelling for advisory and transaction-related assignments.
• Draft client presentations and prepare internal and external memoranda.
• Conduct financial and business-related research to support projects.
• Assist with complex, time-sensitive processes, transaction execution, and due diligence.
• Participate in client and internal meetings, negotiations, and client-facing activities.
• Support the development, marketing, structuring, and closing of transactions.

Private Capital Solutions

• Financial Sponsor Solutions include fund recapitalizations, restructurings, tender offers, and preferred equity solutions.
• Structured Liquidity Solutions include securitizations, refinancing illiquid financial holdings, and joint ventures.
• Institutional Investor Solutions include private fund interest divestitures, valuations, structuring, and execution support.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a full-time university student.
• Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Summer 2028.
