About the role

Five-month London internship within PJT Park Hill’s Private Capital Solutions practice, supporting advisory and execution assignments for financial sponsors and institutional investors. Analysts contribute to financial modelling, research, presentations, memoranda, client meetings, due diligence, negotiations, and transaction execution across complex private capital solutions.

Programme and Team

• Runs from January 2027 through May 2027, with potential consideration for a July 2027 Full-Time Analyst return offer.
• The practice advises financial sponsors and institutional investors across complex private capital transactions.
• Transaction areas include fund recapitalizations, restructurings, tender offers, securitizations, refinancing, joint ventures, and private fund interests.

Responsibilities

• Develop, market, structure, and close transactions while attending client meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions.
• Perform financial analysis and modelling, business research, and preparation of internal and external memoranda.
• Draft client presentations and assist with complex, time-sensitive processes and transaction execution.
• Take active responsibility in client-facing roles and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrate outstanding qualitative and analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Bring robust organizational and time-management skills, a strong work ethic, and resilience under pressure.
• Have basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance, alongside strong academic, leadership, and extracurricular records.
