Responsibilities
- Draft marketing materials including offering memoranda and presentations.
- Analyze managers' investment track records qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Perform financial modeling for property and corporate level transactions.
- Coordinate investor meetings and respond to due diligence requests.
- Report weekly on investor activity and client feedback.
- Engage in all elements of private placement transactions with senior principals and clients.
Qualifications

- Prior real estate or finance experience preferred.
