Activism Preparedness & Defense Responsibilities
- Support client mandates with understanding of business and governance.
- Analyze vulnerabilities related to activist strategies including ESG and financial aspects.
- Assist in campaign strategy and shareholder engagement.
- Research activists, investors, market practices, and governance trends.
- Prepare senior team for client meetings with leadership and boards.

Strategic Governance Advisory Responsibilities
- Support client mandates with governance and proxy voting issue analysis.
- Assist in preparing management, board, and investor presentations.
- Research institutional investors, market practices, and governance trends.
- Prepare senior team for meetings with company leadership and boards.
- Contribute to firm intellectual leadership through research materials.
