About the role
Full-time Analyst opportunity in PJT Partners’ Strategic Advisory group, based in San Francisco’s technology investment banking team. Analysts support complex transactions across technology and other industries, gaining exposure to financial modeling, client presentations, research, transaction execution, and direct collaboration with senior bankers.
Role and Team
- Join a dedicated technology investment banking team advising companies across software, semiconductors, infrastructure, and technology-enabled sectors.
- Support transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, recapitalizations, private placements, and leveraged buyouts.
Responsibilities
- Build financial analyses and models supporting transaction development, structuring, and financing.
- Draft client presentations and prepare internal and external memoranda.
- Conduct financial and business-related research for advisory assignments.
- Coordinate complex, time-sensitive processes and assist with transaction execution.
- Attend client meetings, internal meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions.
- Participate in client-facing work, recruiting, and talent development activities.
