About the role
PJT Partners seeks highly motivated undergraduates for its 2027 Full Time Analyst program in Strategic Advisory, based in New York. Analysts will engage in diverse transactions, financial modeling, client presentations, and teamwork within a leading investment banking environment.
Program Description
- Strategic Advisory team handles complex transactions across diverse industries globally.
- Analysts participate in pitches, live transactions, and multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Role involves direct collaboration with senior bankers and exposure to full analyst responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on sell-sides, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, and leveraged buyouts.
- Perform financial analysis, modeling, and draft client presentations.
- Prepare memoranda for internal and external use and conduct business research.
- Coordinate complex, time-sensitive processes and assist in transaction execution.
- Engage actively in client meetings and due diligence sessions.
- Participate in recruiting and talent development efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong qualitative, technical, and analytical skills required.

- Solid knowledge of accounting and finance.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student with graduation between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.

Compensation
- Expected annual base salary of $120,000.
