- Advises companies, creditor groups, private equity sponsors, and boards in financial distress.
- Handles out-of-court restructurings and chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
- Involved in high-profile reorganizations like Caesars, Delta Airlines, and Ford Motor Company.
- Provides strategic advice on recapitalizations, mergers, capital raises, and valuations.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Build financial models for restructuring, capital raises, and valuations.
- Perform on-site due diligence with clients.
- Develop detailed business plans and analyze credit documents.
- Evaluate financial returns for investors and attend negotiation sessions.
- Participate in board meetings and assist in preparing restructuring documentation.

Qualifications
- Highly motivated with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and effective writing abilities.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Prior investment banking or capital markets experience is desirable.

Requirements
- Currently an undergraduate or recent graduate with anticipated graduation Fall 2026–Spring 2027.
- Completion of bachelor's degree before start date.
- Commitment to a 2-year Analyst program ending mid-2029.
