  • Involved in high-profile reorganizations like Caesars, Delta Airlines, and Ford Motor Company.
  • Provides strategic advice on recapitalizations, mergers, capital raises, and valuations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build financial models for restructuring, capital raises, and valuations.
  • Perform on-site due diligence with clients.
  • Develop detailed business plans and analyze credit documents.
  • Evaluate financial returns for investors and attend negotiation sessions.
  • Participate in board meetings and assist in preparing restructuring documentation.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication and effective writing abilities.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Prior investment banking or capital markets experience is desirable.

Requirements

  • Currently an undergraduate or recent graduate with anticipated graduation Fall 2026–Spring 2027.
  • Completion of bachelor's degree before start date.
  • Commitment to a 2-year Analyst program ending mid-2029.
