About the role

PJT Camberview seeks a 2027 Full Time Analyst to support strategic investor relations advisory, including shareholder engagement, governance, and financial analysis. The role involves client engagement, business development, and research to advise senior executives and boards.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support client teams on shareholder advisory mandates across strategic investor relations.
• Prepare management and investor presentations, press releases, and scripts.
• Analyze company fundamentals and investor relations messaging for strategic advice.
• Conduct financial and valuation analyses to address valuation issues.
• Assist senior team in identifying and prioritizing new business opportunities.
• Develop materials for pitch meetings and client engagements.

Business Development and Brand Building

• Research institutional investors and market developments for client use.
• Contribute to firm’s intellectual leadership with analytical frameworks and research.
• Support development of materials for clients, prospects, and market participants.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong qualitative, technical, and analytical skills; proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Robust organizational and time management skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of capital markets.
