About the role

PJT Camberview seeks a 2027 Full Time Analyst in San Francisco to support shareholder advisory with a focus on governance. The role involves client engagement, business development, and research to advise public company boards on investor relations and governance issues.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support client teams on shareholder advisory mandates across governance and investor relations.
• Prepare presentations, press releases, and deliverables on investor and governance topics.
• Advise senior executives on shareholder votes, executive compensation, and leadership transitions.
• Evaluate client governance practices and provide advice on mitigating vulnerabilities.
• Assist senior team in identifying new business opportunities and preparing pitch materials.
• Research institutional investors and market developments to support firm’s intellectual leadership.

Qualifications

• Outstanding qualitative, technical, and analytical skills including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Robust organizational and time management skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of capital markets.
