PJT Partners offers a 10-week Summer Analyst internship in Strategic Advisory focused on Oil & Gas. The program includes M&A training and hands-on experience with complex transactions, client meetings, and financial analysis.

Program Description
- 10-week internship with accelerated M&A training and ongoing modules.
- Work directly with the Oil & Gas Group on strategic advisory transactions.
- Exposure to diverse industries including financial institutions and technology.
- Collaboration with other PJT business units like Restructuring and Park Hill.
- High-touch mentorship and formal/informal training throughout the program.

Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and modeling for transactions.
- Draft client presentations and prepare memoranda.
- Conduct financial and business research.
- Coordinate complex, time-sensitive processes.
- Assist in transaction execution and due diligence.

- Strong qualitative, technical, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Currently enrolled undergraduate student.
- Anticipated graduation between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
