Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze capital structures and cash flow models for transactions.
- Facilitate due diligence on client mandates.
- Create presentations and memoranda for clients and internal teams.
- Prepare investor materials on transaction structures and legal matters.
- Coordinate transaction processes with clients, investors, rating agencies, and legal counsel.

Client and Team Engagement
- Engage actively in client-facing situations.
- Develop and manage investor relationships.
- Participate in talent development and recruiting efforts.
- Work directly with senior bankers on pitches and live transactions.
- Assume integral role due to small team size.
