About the role
PJT Partners’ Corporate Summer Internship Program offers undergraduate students two rotations across Finance, Firm Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Human Resources. Interns support daily corporate-function work, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements while developing skills in data analysis, project management, and process improvement within a global advisory-focused investment bank.
Program Structure
- Complete two rotations across Finance, Firm Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Human Resources.
- Support corporate functions’ daily deliverables, strategic initiatives, and operational efficiency projects.
- Collaborate with leaders, colleagues, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Deliver a final presentation on an impactful project at the internship’s conclusion.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and report key metrics supporting leadership decisions and strategic planning.
- Assist with day-to-day corporate-function work and prepare presentations, materials, and business reviews.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate complex, time-sensitive processes efficiently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team worker with robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates integrity, judgment, work ethic, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
