Program Description

• Internship runs January to June 2027 in Stockholm.
• Work across Strategic Advisory and Restructuring & Special Situations groups.
• Strategic Advisory covers diverse industries including financial institutions and technology.
• Restructuring group advises on financially distressed situations and complex reorganizations.
• Opportunity to work on recapitalizations, valuations, and distressed M&A.
• Successful interns may receive full-time analyst offers.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and modeling.
• Draft client presentations and prepare memoranda.
• Conduct financial and business research.
• Coordinate complex, time-sensitive processes.
• Assist in transaction execution.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Strong qualitative, technical, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong work ethic under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance.

Requirements

• Currently a full-time student or recent graduate.
• Available to start full-time from July 2027.
• Graduation date no later than June 2026.
