Program Description
- Work across Strategic Advisory, Restructuring & Special Situations, and Private Capital Solutions groups.
- Strategic Advisory covers diverse industries including financial institutions, healthcare, and technology.
- Restructuring advises on recapitalizations, reorganizations, valuations, and distressed M&A.
- Private Capital Solutions focuses on fund recapitalizations, restructurings, and liquidity solutions.
- Teams handle complex, high-profile transactions globally.
- Integrated platform leveraging global relationships for superior results.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and modeling for various transactions.
- Draft client presentations and prepare memoranda for internal and external use.
- Conduct financial and business-related research.
- Coordinate complex, time-sensitive processes.
- Assist in transaction execution and attend client meetings.
- Engage actively in client-facing situations.
Qualifications
- Strong qualitative, technical, and analytical skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and business proficient in at least one Asian language.
- Currently enrolled full-time university student.
