Responsibilities
- Work on sell-sides, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations.
- Develop, structure, and finance transactions.
- Attend internal and client meetings, negotiations, due diligence.
- Perform financial analysis and modeling.
- Draft client presentations and prepare memoranda.
- Conduct business-related research and coordinate complex processes.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated with excellent academic and leadership records.
- Strong qualitative, technical, and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Teamwork aptitude and robust organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance.
Requirements
- Currently a full-time student or recent graduate.
- Graduation between June 2026 and June 2027.
- Arabic preferred but not mandatory.
- Available to start January 2027.
