Role and Responsibilities
- Own projects impacting Optiver's trading systems with tight feedback loops.
- Develop latency-critical applications, parallel systems, and networking interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and traders.
- Support new networking protocols like 25G and 100G interfaces.
- Improve resource usage and system efficiency.

Candidate Requirements
- Master's student in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering.
- Strong academic experience in digital design with FPGAs or ASICs.
- Proficient in VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog hardware description languages.
- Passionate about clean code and well-architected systems.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, traders, and business operations.
