FutureFocus is a five-day immersive program in Shanghai for pre-penultimate university students to explore careers in trading, development, and research at Optiver. Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and may receive offers for a 2027 summer internship.

- Five-day immersive program in Shanghai with two date options in 2026.
- Option 1: June 29 to July 3, 2026; Option 2: September 7 to September 11, 2026.
- Travel and accommodation costs covered for non-Shanghai residents.
- Led by ex-traders and engineers from Optiver's education team.
- Includes hands-on and classroom learning about market making and trading systems.
