Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced derivative pricing models for equity volatility products.
  • Evaluate and improve existing options pricing models for accuracy and stability.
  • Create resilient alternative pricing models and new parameterizations for volatility surfaces.
  • Build options-specific research infrastructure and Python libraries.
  • Analyze market data and microstructure to identify trading patterns.
  • Collaborate with traders to develop new tools and generate research ideas.

Required Skills

  • Master's or Ph.D. in quantitative disciplines like computer science, physics, or mathematics.
  • Expertise in derivatives and volatility modeling, including equity and index products.
  • Proficient in Python and C++ programming languages.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented problem solver with passion for financial markets.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $175,000 - $250,000, depending on skills and experience.
  • Includes discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
