About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced derivative pricing models for equity volatility products.
- Evaluate and improve existing options pricing models for accuracy and stability.
- Create resilient alternative pricing models and new parameterizations for volatility surfaces.
- Build options-specific research infrastructure and Python libraries.
- Analyze market data and microstructure to identify trading patterns.
- Collaborate with traders to develop new tools and generate research ideas.
Required Skills
- Master's or Ph.D. in quantitative disciplines like computer science, physics, or mathematics.
- Expertise in derivatives and volatility modeling, including equity and index products.
- Proficient in Python and C++ programming languages.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented problem solver with passion for financial markets.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Compensation
- Base salary range: $175,000 - $250,000, depending on skills and experience.
- Includes discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
