About the role

Nomura offers a 9-week summer internship in Securitised Products and Private Credit Trading/Structuring within its Global Markets division. Interns work on real projects, gaining experience in structured finance, credit analysis, and transaction execution, supported by training and mentorship.

Role Description

• Work within the Securitised Products & Private Credit team on structured illiquid credit transactions.
• Support origination, screening, diligence, structuring, execution, syndication, and monitoring phases.
• Design and prepare structured financing proposals tailored to client needs.
• Perform credit analysis, model cash flows, and draft transaction memoranda.
• Participate in client and internal meetings to support transaction processes.
• Assist in trade execution, risk management, and day-to-day team operations.

Requirements
