Programme Overview

- Consumer: advisory and financing for consumer-facing businesses.
- Debt Advisory: advice on structuring, raising, and refinancing debt.
- Equity Advisory: strategic and financial advisory on equity capital transactions.
- Financial Institutions Group: advisory for banks, insurers, asset managers, and diversified financials.
- Financial Sponsors: covers Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth, and Pension funds.
- Greentech, Industrials & Infrastructure: advisory across low carbon and sustainable sectors.
Additional Teams
- Healthcare: advisory on acquisitions, leveraged finance, and risk solutions.
- M&A: origination and execution of EMEA and cross-border transactions.
- Nordic: advisory for corporates and financial sponsors in the Nordic region.
- Technology, Media & Services: advisory and financing across TMT industries.
- Secondary Advisory: advising on private capital transactions and secondary processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Final or penultimate year university students.
- High academic and extracurricular achievement.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Ability to work in a demanding and rapidly changing environment.
- Available for full-time employment from July 2027 or 2028.
