Roles and Responsibilities
- Credit Risk: Analyze credit quality of various counterparties and evaluate transactions.
- Market Risk: Manage risk of traded positions across fixed income and equities.
- Operational Risk: Identify and manage non-financial risks like process failures and cyber risk.
- Risk Methodology Group: Develop and test risk models for regulatory and economic capital.
- Model Validation Group: Validate quantitative models and support regulatory compliance.
- New Business: Govern and administer new business approvals and transactions.
Additional Risk Functions
- Risk Reporting: Design reports, manage controls, and enhance data infrastructure.
- Risk Infrastructure: Govern market risk platform, ensure data integrity and manage risk limits.
- Support risk managers in resolving data quality issues and provide risk analysis.
- Drive data management strategy to meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide ad-hoc risk views for senior management.
- Ensure validation and reconciliation of input and reported data.
Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
- Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and motivated to develop financial skills.
