Roles and Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: coordinate onboarding for 200+ salespeople in US region.
- Transformation Team: apply structured methodology for business analysis and reengineering.
- Shared Services: oversee settlement and corporate action processing with vendors.
- KYC: conduct risk reviews to prevent inappropriate client relationships.
- Middle Office: handle trade validation, risk management, P&L reconciliation, and compliance.
Desired Skills
- Outstanding academic qualifications and strong GPA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Understanding of financial products.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, digital tools like Alteryx, and programming (Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and interest in AI applications.
Requirements
- Pursuing bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
- Graduating May/June 2028 or May/June 2029.
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Strong academic record required.
Compensation
- Annualized base salary of $70,000 for the internship.
- Non-exempt position eligible for overtime per state and federal laws.
