Role Responsibilities
- Work on live transactions including M&A, divestitures, capital raising, and financings.
- Support client relationship management and present ideas in meetings.
- Conduct financial, structural, and business risk analysis for transactions.
- Participate in pitching and winning new client mandates.
- Leverage proprietary content and ideas for business development.

Qualifications
- Outstanding academic record with strong GPA preferred.
- Pursuing undergraduate degree, graduating between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
- Passion for sustainable infrastructure, technology, and industrial disruption.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple projects.

Salary and Employment
- Base salary set at $110,000 per year.
