Role Responsibilities

  • Support deal execution on mergers & acquisitions, capital raisings, and financings.
  • Engage in client relationship management and present ideas in meetings.
  • Conduct financial, structural, and business risk analysis for transactions.
  • Participate in pitching and winning new mandates from clients.
  • Leverage proprietary content and ideas for business development.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree with graduation between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
  • Outstanding academic qualifications and passion for sustainable infrastructure and technology.
