Roles and Responsibilities
- Product Control: daily/monthly P&L reconciliation and reporting.
- Independent Portfolio Valuations: verify trading book valuations.
- Cash Management: analyze and report Americas financial performance.
- Financial Control: month-end close, account reconciliation, financial statements.
- Control & Oversight: quality assurance of internal finance controls.
- Regulatory Reporting: prepare FOCUS reports and net capital analysis.
Strategic Initiatives
- Manage change initiatives to achieve finance objectives.
- Define objectives, stakeholders, and delivery plans.
- Track milestones and report progress, issues, and risks.
- Support cross-functional finance areas including tax and treasury.
- Collaborate with business units on strategic projects.
- Focus on short- and long-term finance goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or FinTech.
- Graduating between December 2027 and June 2029 in the U.S.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills.
- Ability to understand financial products.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Compensation
- Base salary: $65,000 annualized for rising juniors.
- Base salary: $75,000 annualized for rising seniors.
- Non-exempt position eligible for overtime per laws.
