About the role
Off-cycle internship in Nomura’s Milan Technology, Media & Services investment banking team. Interns support M&A process documentation, valuation analysis and pitches, while gaining exposure to origination and execution projects. The role includes cross-border collaboration with London and other offices, developing presentation and analytical skills through daily PowerPoint and Excel use.
Responsibilities
- Support senior colleagues with process documentation, valuation analysis and M&A pitch preparation.
- Gain exposure to origination and execution projects with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Work on cross-border projects alongside colleagues in London and other Nomura offices.
- Develop presentation and analytical skills through daily use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

- Join Nomura’s Milan-based Technology, Media & Services coverage team.
- Support advisory, financing and risk solutions for private equity firms and corporates.
