Key Responsibilities
- Support live transactions including M&A, divestitures, capital raisings, and financings.
- Participate in client meetings and present ideas alongside senior bankers.
- Conduct financial, structural, and business risk analysis for transactions.
- Assist in pitching and winning new mandates using proprietary content.
- Develop understanding of financial products and M&A processes.

Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in English required; German not necessary.
- Passion for sustainable infrastructure and industrial disruption.
- Corporate or project finance modelling experience advantageous.
- Strong technical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn quickly.
