Role Responsibilities
- Sales: Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients.
- Trading: Assist in buying/selling securities, market making, capital commitment.
- Structuring: Design products and risk management strategies with trading and sales.
- Research: Analyze industry and company data to support market insights and investment ideas.
- Strategy: Support senior leadership on business expansion, market analysis, planning, and client strategy.
Candidate Requirements
- Final year students from any discipline encouraged to apply.
- Strong quantitative skills and interest in business and finance.
- Team players with curiosity, intelligence, diligence, and integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-changing environment.
- Fluency in English required; additional Asian languages valued.
