Role Responsibilities

  • Sales: Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients.
  • Trading: Assist in buying/selling securities, market making, capital commitment.
  • Structuring: Design products and risk management strategies with trading and sales.
  • Research: Analyze industry and company data to support market insights and investment ideas.
  • Strategy: Support senior leadership on business expansion, market analysis, planning, and client strategy.

Candidate Requirements

  • Final year students from any discipline encouraged to apply.
  • Strong quantitative skills and interest in business and finance.
  • Team players with curiosity, intelligence, diligence, and integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-changing environment.
  • Fluency in English required; additional Asian languages valued.
