Role & Responsibilities
- Work closely with global structuring desk under tight deadlines for index development and maintenance.
- Support senior team members in designing systematic strategies and writing research publications.
- Gain knowledge of global financial products and models developed by Quant Strategies.
- Implement new models and maintain existing infrastructure.
- Respond to client requests, from data queries to bespoke model design and implementation.

Position Specifications
- Corporate Title: Analyst with 0-3 years experience.
- Qualifications: BTech or BSc in Mathematics or Economics; MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of finance, statistics, and Python required.
- CFA Level I and Bloomberg knowledge preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills essential.
