Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with GM Business Management teams across products, functions, and regions.
  • Lead business analysis, project implementation, and communication with senior stakeholders independently.
  • Manage day-to-day business management, performance review, and infrastructure/processes supporting GM.
  • Drive key business initiatives critical for franchise growth and operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Structuring, Research, and corporate functions like Compliance, Treasury, Legal, Finance, IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic initiatives with data-backed insights on revenue, expenses, and resource management.
  • Analyze client performance and peer benchmarking; manage cross-divisional franchise initiatives.
  • Ensure timely responses to ad-hoc business requests and planning reviews.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder communication and ownership of deliverables.
  • Coordinate with corporate functions to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Graduate or MBA in Finance preferred; no prior experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort handling large data sets.
  • Excellent presentation, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of market products and asset classes like Fixed Income, Equities, Forex, Derivatives.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables under pressure.
