Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with GM Business Management teams across products, functions, and regions.
- Lead business analysis, project implementation, and communication with senior stakeholders independently.
- Manage day-to-day business management, performance review, and infrastructure/processes supporting GM.
- Drive key business initiatives critical for franchise growth and operations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Structuring, Research, and corporate functions like Compliance, Treasury, Legal, Finance, IT.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives with data-backed insights on revenue, expenses, and resource management.
- Analyze client performance and peer benchmarking; manage cross-divisional franchise initiatives.
- Ensure timely responses to ad-hoc business requests and planning reviews.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and ownership of deliverables.
- Coordinate with corporate functions to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

Requirements
- Graduate or MBA in Finance preferred; no prior experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort handling large data sets.
- Excellent presentation, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of market products and asset classes like Fixed Income, Equities, Forex, Derivatives.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables under pressure.

Desired Skills
- Experience in strategy roles or cross-functional projects in Global Markets.
