About the role

MUFG’s 18-month Analyst Programme in London supports the DX & Transformation Office’s digital, AI and data agenda across EMEA. You will build knowledge of products, clients and strategy through training, collaborate with business, Technology and control functions, and contribute to secure, responsible innovation and meaningful business outcomes.

Role and team

• Define digital transformation, artificial intelligence and data strategies across EMEA.
• Develop and deliver a pipeline of business-led digital and AI use cases.
• Establish secure, scalable technology and data foundations for solutions.
• Support regional AI governance for safe, responsible and compliant innovation.
• Build organisational capabilities, engagement and skills for new ways of working.

Programme and development

• The 18-month Analyst Programme begins with comprehensive training on products, clients and business strategy.
• Learn from experienced professionals and build connections with peers across the Analyst cohort.
• Receive support from senior colleagues, a buddy and a mentor.
• Continue developing professionally while building a long-term career with MUFG.

• Assessment Centre: 20 and 27 November 2026.
• Programme start date: 19 July 2027.
• Applications close on 25 October 2026, subject to earlier closure through rolling review.
