2027 MUFG UK Summer Analyst Programme: Credit Sales and Trading

About the role

MUFG’s 10-week London Summer Analyst Programme offers penultimate-year students hands-on experience with the global Credit Sales and Trading team. Participants receive technical training, build understanding of credit products and markets, develop professional networks, and may be considered for the following year’s full-time Analyst Programme.

Programme Experience

• Complete one week of technical training covering financial products and markets.
• Gain hands-on experience in global investment banking markets through the Credit Sales and Trading team.
• Develop understanding of investment grade, high-yield, and emerging-markets credit sectors.
• Build internal and external networks through exposure to employees across organisational levels.
• Receive support from an allocated buddy and learn from experienced industry professionals.

Progression

• The programme provides a potential pipeline into MUFG’s full-time Analyst Programme.
• Successful interns may receive an offer to join the following year’s full-time Analyst Programme.

Key Dates

• Applications close on 29 November 2026, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
• The assessment centre takes place in February 2027.
• The programme starts on 21 June 2027.
