About the role
Join MUFG’s London Loans Middle Office Apprenticeship Programme, supporting loan transactions across their lifecycle while developing communication, reporting, data analysis and operational skills. You will earn a salary, receive mentoring and structured training, and work towards the CISI Investment Operations Certificate, starting 18 January 2027.
Responsibilities
- Support management of loans for clients across industries and countries.
- Process loan activities accurately and within required deadlines.
- Assist with client requests and day-to-day operational activities.
- Produce reports and maintain accurate records for the team.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the bank to support a high-quality client experience.
- Support team projects and process improvement initiatives.
Learning and Support
- Gain hands-on experience managing loans throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop skills in stakeholder communications, data analysis, reporting and business operations.
- Learn how banks help businesses access funding and manage major lending transactions.
- Understand how teams across a global bank collaborate to support clients.
- Develop communication, organisation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Receive support from coaches, industry professionals, a buddy and a mentor.
