About the role
The 18-month MUFG UK Analyst Programme in London’s Capital Markets team offers hands-on exposure to debt financing, bond and loan origination, market analysis, client engagement and transaction execution. Analysts collaborate with Syndicate, Sales & Trading and Coverage teams while supporting live transactions and developing broad global capital-markets knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Research companies and industries, and analyse primary and secondary markets.
- Support transaction execution, documentation processes and client financing activities.
- Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, market updates and deal-related materials.
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the origination and execution process.
- Support bond and loan origination from market analysis through transaction execution.
Programme Experience
- Complete a comprehensive training curriculum covering products, clients and business strategy.
- Gain exposure to Capital Markets, Syndicate, Sales & Trading and Coverage teams.
- Learn from experienced professionals within a collaborative Analyst cohort.
- Receive support from senior colleagues, a buddy and a mentor.
Key Dates
