Project Management Intern

About the role

Project Management Intern based at MUFG’s Singapore Office, Marina One, supporting the Global Corporate Banking Division for Asia Project Management Office. Responsibilities include project delivery, client events, change enablement, stakeholder communications, Go-Live activities, survey analysis, and project status reporting. The internship runs from 11 January to 30 June 2027 and is open only to Singaporean and PR students.

Responsibilities

• Execute project delivery and support client events under project manager or team member guidance.
• Advocate organizational change through ideation workshops, change-network briefings, and practical tips materials.
• Develop change communications and training materials, including surveys and pulse checks across business units.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative feedback from focus groups, interviews, and end-user surveys; prepare senior-stakeholder presentations.
• Support Go-Live readiness, adoption monitoring, business cadence, and embedding project deliverables into new ways of working.
• Review cross-functional deliverables, support internal sharing sessions, and maintain bank-wide project status dashboards.
