About the role
This six-month Singapore internship supports MUFG’s Asia Pacific client onboarding workflow transformation. You will assist with business analysis, process mapping, stakeholder workshops, user acceptance testing, training materials, change management, reporting, and post-implementation improvements across countries and business units.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation and rollout of a client onboarding workflow tool across countries and business units.
- Document business requirements, user stories, process maps, meeting minutes, action items, and project artefacts.
- Participate in stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering, country-specific analysis, and fit-gap assessments.
- Support user acceptance testing through test preparation, defect tracking, coordination, and progress reporting.
- Prepare training materials, user guides, FAQs, communications, and support user training sessions.
- Assist with post-implementation issues, enhancement requests, lessons learned, reports, presentations, and performance metrics.
