IT Planning (Enablement and Services) Intern

About the role

This six-month Singapore internship supports MUFG’s Systems Planning Department across IT planning, workforce capability, learning analytics, dashboards, and business enablement. You will analyze data, develop Power BI visualizations, support strategic planning, and contribute to management insights and program improvement across APAC while building business analysis and digital transformation skills.

Role Context

• Based in Singapore within MUFG’s Systems Office for Asia – Systems Planning Department (ASO-SPD).
• Supports IT Planning, IT Academy, Workforce Capability Development, and Business Enablement initiatives.
• Work spans regional IT strategy, workforce transformation, learning analytics, business planning, and employee engagement across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning, engagement, and workforce capability data across development initiatives.
• Create insights and visualizations to support management decision-making.
• Analyze participation, completion, adoption, and engagement trends; measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and success metrics for learning and engagement initiatives.
• Design Power BI dashboards covering learning, skills development, engagement, talent mobility, and program impact.
• Improve dashboard usability, reporting automation, and data accessibility by consolidating business and operational data.

Strategy and Planning

• Support strategic planning, research, and analysis for workforce capability, organizational development, and IT initiatives.
• Analyze trends, benchmark practices, and emerging technologies relevant to learning, talent development, and employee experience.
• Contribute to business cases, proposals, and recommendations supporting management decision-making.
• Participate in capability development and organizational effectiveness initiatives across APAC.
