About the role
This six-month Singapore internship supports Identity and Access Management operations across User Access Management, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access Management. You will automate reporting and workflows, build Power BI dashboards, improve data quality and audit readiness, and gain exposure to Microsoft technologies, IT governance, compliance reporting, and banking cybersecurity operations.
Responsibilities
- Support automation, optimization, and reporting of Identity and Access Management operational processes.
- Use Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power BI to automate business-as-usual activities.
- Improve operational efficiency, audit readiness, and management reporting through dashboards and reporting solutions.
Expected Deliverables
- Develop Identity and Access Management operational dashboards.
- Automate selected manual reporting activities.
- Create KPI and metrics reporting templates.
- Prepare process documentation and user guides.
- Recommend improvements to data quality and reporting.
Learning Opportunities
- Gain exposure to Identity and Access Management operations, user access reviews, and access certifications.
- Learn about Privileged Access Management, Microsoft Power Platform, and Power BI dashboard development.
- Develop knowledge of process automation, workflow design, IT governance, and compliance reporting.
- Gain exposure to cybersecurity operations within a banking environment.
