About the role
MUFG’s Information Technology Risk Management Department is seeking a Singapore-based intern to support cybersecurity awareness, training, reporting, and governance initiatives across APAC. The role offers hands-on experience creating communications, coordinating events, maintaining resources, researching cyber trends, and contributing to activities that strengthen the bank’s cybersecurity posture.
Responsibilities
- Prepare management reports, presentations, documentation, and updated cybersecurity resources on SharePoint.
- Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives, simulated user testing, newsletters, communications, and related campaigns.
- Coordinate cyber workshops, Cyber Awareness Month events, forums, meetings, and team activities.
- Provide logistics, documentation, and follow-up support for cybersecurity events and meetings.
- Create slides, posters, newsletters, and visual materials communicating cybersecurity messages effectively.
- Research emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies to support content, training, and team discussions.
Role Exposure
- Gain hands-on exposure to cybersecurity awareness, training, and governance activities across the APAC region.
- Learn how cybersecurity policies are shaped, risks assessed, controls monitored, and security responsibilities managed.
- Collaborate with regional teams and contribute ideas to enhance user cybersecurity awareness.
