About the role
This Singapore-based internship supports credit risk advisory and proactive portfolio management for MUFG’s Global Corporate and Investment Banking business across APAC. You will analyse credit information, support forecasting and management reporting, prepare risk materials, coordinate regional meetings, and assist the Business Risk Management Department from January to June 2027.
Responsibilities
- Support proactive portfolio management for the Global Corporate and Investment Banking business across APAC.
- Identify and design strategies for managing current and potential stressed or distressed clients.
- Prepare credit risk training, lessons learned, and committee meeting presentation materials.
- Support management information frameworks tracking asset quality across the portfolio.
- Assist monthly credit cost forecasting and annual credit cost budgeting, liaising across defence lines.
- Provide analytical and administrative support while organising regional meetings across coverage and credit divisions.
