Cash Management and Channel Products Intern

About the role

Six-month internship with MUFG’s Transaction Banking Office in Singapore, supporting cash management and channel product development across ASEAN. The role covers payments, collections, product performance analysis, process improvement, stakeholder coordination, committee support, documentation, and preparation of materials for project and management discussions.

Responsibilities

• Support cash management and channel product development initiatives and banking service delivery across ASEAN.
• Collaborate with regional product partners and stakeholders to meet customer and internal-user requirements.
• Support initiatives improving processes, revenue opportunities, and service quality across the region.
• Analyze product performance and commercialization data to identify growth and process-improvement opportunities.
• Maintain product manuals and support timely implementation and commercialization of customer products.
• Support regional committees, summarize actions, and prepare clear reports for project and management approvals.
